Having previously been the sales director of the UK’s number one plant hire firm, He has a wealth of knowledge to bring to the table. David monitors all aspects of our clients claims and makes sure that a high professional standard is maintained across all aspects of the business.

Graham Rankin

Graham is a Director of Bespoke Partnerships. Graham is an experienced leader in Financial Services and has 25 years’ experience in this sector. Graham set up BPO Collections in 2006 and has established the company as one of the leading DCA’s in the UK. Prior to BPO, Graham managed all debt purchase activity for Wescot Credit Services for several years. Graham is a very well-connected individual across the financial sector.

Andrew Lewis

Andrew is our head of administration and has been working with Bespoke Partnerships for over three years. He communicates at all stages of the claim with our clients and analyses the accounts and financial documents to get the highest claim possible. He is your first point of contact and has a great sense of what our customer should expect from our company and delivers accordingly.

Ryan Canavan

Having completed an Honour’s Degree in French and Spanish and more recently, a Master’s Degree in Business Translation and Interpreting, Ryan joins us with a wealth of experience working in a customer-focussed role as a manager in the Hospitality Industry. A strong believer in effective communication and driven by providing the best and most professional client experience possible, Ryan is extremely motivated to work with our existing clients, as well as expanding our business by forming as many new, long-lasting working relationships as possible.
